My daughter, who goes to school in Cincinnati, took us to a Dewey’s Pizza restaurant on one of our trips to Ohio to see her.  We really liked everything there, bought some Dewey’s beer mugs, and would love to return there soon.  Inspired by one of their signature salads, here is a copycat citrus salad dressing that tastes like it comes from Dewey’s.  An extra bonus is that this recipe has negligible salt in it and very little sugar. Ingredients: ⅔ cup orange juice 4 tablespoons lemon juice 1 tablespoon olive oil 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 4 teaspoons brown sugar 1-2 clove(s) fresh garlic, peeled and chopped fine 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard Just whisk all the ingredients together.  Flavors may actually improve after chilling overnight.  Inspired by a visit to Dewey’s Pizza in Cincinnati, Ohio. Optional: 2 tablespoons fresh basil leaves, chopped
